Rodrigo Muñoz (he/him)

DIRECTOR

University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine

Rodrigo is a fourth year at UABSOM applying to residency programs in obstetrics & gynecology. A graduate of Princeton University, he worked at the world’s first public stool bank before beginning medical school. With interests in cervical cancer screening/prevention and sexual health, he hopes to offer trans- and GNB-inclusive gynecologic care after training. When not hanging with his cats Calvin & Hobbes, Rodrigo can be found at one of Birmingham’s local breweries, traveling, or crafting medical memes. Nicholas lopresto (he/him)

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine

Nick is a fourth year medical student at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM.) He graduated with a degree in psychology from Fordham University. He is applying for family medicine residencies and is interested in preventative care, gender-affirming care, HIV prevention, and LGBTQ+ healthcare education. At PCOM, Nick worked with faculty to push for the creation of a core curriculum to engage students in the basics of LGBTQ healthcare. He is a strong advocate for medical student education and health competency. Outside of medicine, he enjoys musical theater, singing, yoga, running, volleyball, and spending time outside. University of Saint Louis School of Medicine

Joseph is a first year MD at St. Louis University. He graduated from the University of Portland with a degree in biology with a minor in chemistry and a degree in spanish with a minor in psychology. He is still trying to figure out what he is interested in but some of his super interest include: mental health advocacy, critical care medicine/emergency medicine, MedEd, and diversity and inclusion.
